On the Google account verification screen, tap anywhere to bring up the keyboard.

Open any link from Gmail/YouTube notification. On the Google account verification screen
Go to "Installed Services" → Enable "TalkBack" or any pre-installed service.
The home screen may appear. Go to Settings → Accounts → Remove all Google accounts .
